We appreciate everyone’s business, so we do not require a minimum order. Terms are Net 30 days. New account terms are contingent upon review of completed and signed dealer application. Unapproved accounts may order COD or by Visa or Mastercard. Freight is FOB Salida Colorado, or free for orders over $500. Notification of shipments that are damaged, erroneous, incomplete, not as described on the packing list etc. must be received by HelenBac Ltd. within five business days of receipt of shipment.

Orders may be withheld on overdue accounts. A service charge of 1.5% per month may be added to overdue account balances. Payments on overdue accounts are applied to the oldest invoice.

Returns require a Return Authorization number. Please call (866)711-4843 for an RA. Un-used RA numbers will be cancelled after 60 days. Packing slip and original invoice# must be included with all returns. If any product proves defective or is mis-shipped, Helenbac will pay for return shipping and full credit will be applied to account. Returns that are not in re-stockable condition

(damaged packaging, price stickers attached etc.) are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. No returns on special order, custom, closeout or discontinued items.
